Pls if you don't want to waste your money unnecessarily, Run from this bank. I am a very meticulous person.

With that being said, i always check my balance before using my card. But one way or the other, this bank would charge me overdraft fee for a transaction they called pending, and they would process the same transaction the second day and charge another overdraft fee, then after 2 days, they would charge another $35 again, calling it negative balance fee, charging you 105 plus on one transaction you shouldn't have owed in the first place. They did this to me several times until i found a solution by opening another account with them to start transferring more money between both accounts if I don't have enough, it worked for some days until they stop processing the transfer that same day just to have a means of charging me overdraft fees. I found out they do this to their customers purposely knowing it will hurt them.

They promised to financially serve you well but they indirectly steal from you. I work in a grocery store to save for college but they never let the money make any sense with their unworthy multiple overdraft charges. I don't like reviewing on the internet but i can't help but review them so as to inform many innocent people out there in case anyone is thinking of banking with them. And they have very poor and extremely unprofessional customer service.

I talked to one on phone to resolve the matter, he hung up on me, another told me that i signed their policy. I wish i have money to sue them. Don't let them fool you, they don't care about their customers.

Choose another bank. They only want to use your money to develop their bank

I am about to close the account, i am waiting to cancel my direct deposit. Many of their customers that bu groceries from my store complain to me when i check them out and promise to close their accounts. Go for another bank
