It took 3 months for my husband to get his new card. After 2 years of having the account and having direct deposit we were hit with an NSF charge because my son try to purchase a game on Xbox...When it then bounced back we were charged a $35 fee...When I called about this he was very rude and said come on down but we're closing in 7 minutes.
We are done with this bank. They made the promise we would get our paychecks a day early, and we did for a few months, then it stopped.
Everytime I go up to the teller I am met by a rude women eating. I'm done here
