this bank is the worst I have ever dealt with. I wasn't notified that my card was declined today and when I called the branch the lady said they couldn't tell me why as account said confidential.

I was told to call customer service and guy in center said same thing. He did mention that my account would close in 14 days but still have no answer why. I have enough money in account and all my direct payroll goes in. He said someone should notify me within 72 hours as to why.

Who can decline my card, close out bank account next two weeks and no one called me as it's not important. Do people just guess and leave the banking customer in dark.

EMployees at branch in Walmart super nice and don't deserve to work for a bank like this. I rely on using that card and have never been late or had insufficient funds ever.
