yesterday i got my new card and i called to activate , they asked me account number and i said to hold on a moment let me give you, she disconnected the call. i called back and the guy name rob picked, gave him the account number and he asked the id number, i said let me give you as i was having in my wallet within 2 seconds he also hanged up the phone.

called 3rd time and she said she cant activate on phone you have to go to bank. i was so frustrated that why did they let me struggle and waste my time atleast they should have said on the first call that they cant activate. i have 4 account with them for my family and i am gonna cancel it.

they dont have any respect for customers and make them struggle. i am not saying for the bank tellers as i have always received good customer service from them but telecallers are very rude and doesn't deserve the job title customer representative.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
